Short bio
The stormy Styrian trio Sturm & Klang catches the currents of traditional folk music and sets out to carry them into a new era of sound. Niki, Max and Jonny play the Styrian Accordion, double bass and a whole range of percussion instruments, taking a light-footed and humorous look at contemporary folk music. They fuse tradition with influences from jazz, classical music and even world music. Their varied program pushes the possibilities of the Styrian Accordion to the limit – and turns every concert into an experience for the audience.
Langtext
